- Professor Anthony Medina (Peru) — Academic Programming
- Professor Yan Vaslavskiy (RC37)

Professor Tovar has undertaken responsibility for several essential operational elements, including coordination with local authorities in Acapulco, securing university facilities, arranging simultaneous interpretation equipment for the opening ceremonies and conference sessions, and establishing the registration payment infrastructure.
The symposium will feature simultaneous interpretation during key sessions, ensuring accessibility for participants from diverse linguistic backgrounds and facilitating the kind of substantive cross-cultural exchange that has become increasingly vital to comparative political research.
